At Carpi, we strive to provide high-quality spare parts and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with the original packaging
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Electrical and electronic parts
- Installed or used spare parts
- Special order or customized items
- Items damaged due to improper installation or handling
3. Exchange / Store Credit
If the return meets the above conditions, customers may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability)
- Store credit that can be used for future purchases
- Carpi voucher equivalent to the approved return value
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is received defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of purchase. After inspection, the item may be replaced or credited accordingly.
5. Inspection
All returned items will be inspected by our team before approving an exchange or store credit.
6. Management Rights
Carpi Spare Parts & Accessories reserves the right to accept or reject any return request if the above conditions are not met.
